We take quality very seriously at Varment Guard. Quality pest management service is not simply managing your pests. It includes everything from your first phone call to our customer service department, the survey of your property, the actual service performed by the technician, and any follow up needed. We want to ensure that you are treated with respect and courtesy at all times. We feel it is important that your questions or concerns are addressed as quickly as possible.
We train our field associates, sales and service, in all the latest methods and new material. We also spend time to give our customer care associates field training. As part of their initial training they spend time in the field. This allows them to see what a typical day is like for our field personnel. We provide them with updates on treatment methods or other major changes so they will be better equipped to answer your questions or concerns. We require field associates to spend time observing what our customer care associates do as well. We believe that it is important for each Varment Guard associate to appreciate the jobs of co-workers, in addition to being well versed in his or her job.
As important as the training is, we feel there is a much more important aspect of quality. Quality comes from people who are doing their job not because they have to, but because they want to.
